What the AI does with your script
You do not need to write a real script. A short brief like "A 15 second ad for handmade ceramic coffee mugs, cozy morning mood" is enough. RegiAI then works through four stages, and the page shows which one is running:
- Planning: an AI writes a title, the narration and a shot list of three scenes, matched to the style you chose.
- Filming: each scene is generated as an AI video shot, and the narration is recorded with the voice you picked.
- Editing: the shots are cut together with transitions such as zoom punches, flashes, whip pans, glitches and dissolves. Sound effects like whooshes and risers land on the cuts, and voice effects such as radio or stadium echo are added where they fit.
- Captions: the narration appears on screen word by word, in the caption style you selected: bold yellow, white on dark, or neon highlight.
The result is a 12 to 20 second MP4 in vertical 9:16 or landscape 16:9.
You can pick the voice and the caption style yourself. The transitions, sound effects and voice effects are chosen by the AI to suit the style: an ad gets punchy zooms and whooshes, a travel reel gets smoother cuts, and a hype edit gets glitches and flashes.
Tips for better AI shorts
- Say the format and the goal. "A 15 second ad", "an explainer for beginners" or "a teaser for a travel vlog" tells the planner how to pace it.
- Give one angle, not a whole article. Twenty seconds fits a hook and two or three points. Split bigger topics into a series.
- Name the mood and visuals. "Cozy morning light", "neon city at night" or "calm nature" steer all three shots toward one look.
- Pick the style that matches the platform. Hype and bold yellow captions suit TikTok; explainer with white-on-dark captions reads well on YouTube.
- Add your own branding later. Put your logo or call to action on top in your editor, or make a matching cover with the AI YouTube Thumbnail Generator.

What do I get from AI script to video?

Do I have to write the script myself?
No. Describe the idea in one or two sentences and the AI writes the narration and the shot list. You can paste a draft script too, as long as it fits in 1,000 characters and about 20 seconds of speech.

Eight English voices, including a storyteller, a confident woman, a deep-voiced man and a comedian, and three caption styles: bold yellow, white on dark and neon highlight. The AI chooses transitions, sound effects and voice effects to fit your style.
Can the narration be in another language?
The voices are English. For other languages, generate narration with the AI Voice Generator and combine it with clips from Text to Video AI, or translate a finished video with the AI Audio Translator.
Can I make videos longer than 20 seconds?
Not in one run. For longer content, make several shorts on related points, or build your own edit from separate clips made with the AI Video Generator.
Is this a faceless video generator?
Yes. There is no presenter on camera: the video is AI footage with a narrator and captions, which is the usual format for faceless channels. If you want a talking face instead, try AI Talking Photo.
Is there a watermark?
No, RegiAI does not add a watermark.
Can I use the videos on monetized channels or in ads?
You can use results under our Terms of Service and the model providers' licenses. Check each platform's own rules for AI-generated content.
Can I edit the video after it is made?
Yes. Download the MP4 and open it in any editor to trim, add a logo, add music or change the end. The captions are part of the picture, so plan text changes before you generate.
Why does the video look different from what I imagined?
The AI plans the shots from your brief, so vague briefs leave more to chance. Name the product, the setting, the mood and the audience, and pick the style that matches your goal. Each new run gives a new script and new shots.
Can I get subtitles as a separate file?
The captions are burned into the video. If you also need an SRT file, run the finished MP4 through the AI Subtitle Generator.
Is AI Script to Video in the API?
