Class presentations
Turn your research notes into a clear student presentation with an intro and takeaways.
Describe a topic, paste notes, or use a captioned YouTube link. RegiAI writes the deck, creates visuals, and exports an editable PowerPoint.
A YouTube URL uses its real caption track as the deck source.
Every slide gets a visual prompt designed to avoid unwanted text.
Download a native .pptx file and keep editing in PowerPoint.
The RegiAI AI presentation maker builds a complete slide deck from a topic, your own notes or a captioned YouTube video. Choose 5 to 20 slides, and it writes a title for each slide, two to five concise points, and a matching visual, then lets you download the deck as an editable PowerPoint (.pptx) file.
It is free to use; you only need to sign in with Google so your decks can be saved to your workspace. Start from a video by pasting its link, or first turn the video into notes with YouTube to Notes or into text with the YouTube Transcript Generator. For extra images, use the AI Image Generator.
Type a topic, paste your notes (up to 50,000 characters), or paste a YouTube link with captions.
Pick 5, 7, 10, 12, 15 or 20 slides, then press Generate presentation.
The page updates when the deck is ready. Flip through the slides, then download the editable .pptx.

Build teaching slides from a topic or a lesson plan in minutes, then add your own examples.
Paste a talk, tutorial or lecture link and get a deck based on what was actually said.
Draft a project update, kickoff or pitch outline from bullet-point notes.
Turn long notes or a transcript into a short, structured set of slides.
Write your topic or notes in Spanish, French or another language and the slides follow it.
Build the skeleton of a workshop from an agenda, then add exercises and examples.
Turn a long report or paper into a short set of slides for a reading group or class.
1. A topic. Write one or two sentences about what the presentation should cover and who it is for, for example "Explain the key ideas of behavioral economics for first-year university students." Short topics give a general overview, so include the audience, purpose and any points you must cover.
2. Your notes. Paste up to 50,000 characters: lecture notes, a report, an article draft or a meeting summary. When you supply source material, the AI is instructed to use only facts present in it, which keeps the deck faithful to your content.
3. A YouTube link. Paste the URL of a public video with captions. RegiAI reads the video's real caption track and builds the slides from it. If the video has no captions, you see "Transcript unavailable"; in that case, try AI Speech to Text on the audio and paste the transcript as notes.
Every deck opens with a slide that introduces the subject and closes with a takeaways slide. The slides are written in the language of your source.
The title slide includes a small "Created with RegiAI" line, which you can delete like any other text box. Check facts and numbers before you present, especially for topic-only decks where the AI writes from general knowledge.
To get a deck ready to present, go through each slide in PowerPoint, shorten any long bullets, add your own charts or data, and use speaker notes for anything that should be said rather than shown.
Creating and downloading presentations costs nothing. You need to sign in with Google because each deck is generated in the background and saved to your account, so you can leave the page and come back. To keep the service fast for everyone, you can generate up to 3 presentations an hour.
Your decks are listed under My presentations in your dashboard, where you can open, download again or delete them at any time.
For a richer deck, combine tools: summarize a lecture with YouTube to Notes and paste the notes here, add a custom cover image from the AI Image Generator, or narrate your slides with the AI Voice Generator.
The deck stays in your workspace after you download it, so you can download a fresh copy later if you lose the file or want to start your edits again from the original.
