AI Anime Filter

The filter uses an image model tuned for anime conversion. It keeps the structure of your photo, meaning the people, their poses, the objects and the camera angle, and redraws everything with anime line work, flat shading and bright colors. The output has the same aspect ratio as your photo.

For the best results:

• Use a clear, well-lit photo. Faces in shadow or motion blur give muddy anime faces.
• Keep the subject reasonably large. A face that fills a good part of the frame gets more detail than a tiny figure in a wide shot.
• Simple backgrounds look cleaner. Busy scenes work, but you get more clutter in the drawing.
• Try more than once. Each run can look a little different, and at $0.03 it is cheap to try again.

The filter works on more than faces. Streets, cafes, bedrooms, mountains and city skylines all convert well and make good anime-style wallpapers or backgrounds. Photos taken at golden hour or at night with neon lights tend to give the most striking results, because anime art leans on strong color and light.
